We feel it is our social responsibility to make this right. This morning, General Hospital Blog reported that Steve Burton’s wife, Sheree is pregnant with their 4th child.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal this is not entirely true. Early this morning, Sheree shared an IG story saying, “Life sure is full of surprises!” We automatically assumed that Steve and Sheree were expecting this child together. Since this morning, Sheree has removed the portion of her IG bio that said, “…soon to be 4.” Her bio used to read, “Mom of 3… soon to be 4.”
Steve Burton Reveals Sheree’s Baby Isn’t His
However, General Hospital spoilers reveal that Steve has issued a statement regarding Sheree’s announcement. He made it clear that he and his wife of 23 years are separated and that the 4th child she is expecting is not in fact his. He disclosed they are co-parenting their other three children, Brooklyn Faith, Makena Grace, and Jack Marshall.
Steve Burton wrote in a statement on social media, “I wanted to clear something up,” Burton confessed “Sheree and I are separated. She recently announced that she’s expecting her 4th child. The child is not mine. We are still co-parenting our three beautiful kids. We would appreciate privacy at this time. Much luv, Steve.”
We apologize for jumping the gun and making an assumption based on Sheree’s Instagram story and bio.
Earlier this week, General Hospital Blog reported the latest GH comings and goings news regarding a brand new role on the 59 year old daytime drama.
General Hospital news and spoilers reveal Evan Hofer has joined the cast of General Hospital in a role news outlets have referred to as the new “Jason.” Hofer will not replace Steve Burton as Jason Morgan but instead he will arrive in Port Charles looking for work. The line of work he will eventually fall into aligns with that of Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his former right hand man.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Hofer has opened up about his new role on ABC’s General Hospital as Dex. In a recent Instagram post, Evan shared sentiments regarding his GH debut. “So excited for Dex’s journey begin… Tune in next week! Ps. Loving the hot takes, keep ’em coming! #generalhospital”
General Hospital, Y & R, Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem, Stone Cold and the Jackal, and Port Chuck, are just a few of the reasons why Steve Burton is such a beloved actor. But he is best known in his iconic role as Jason Morgan in ABC’s GH.
Sadly, General Hospital fans were devastated when GH news confirmed Steve’s GH exit. It seems that Steve and Kelly Thiedbaud were headed down a news storyline path, when once again, Jason Morgan “dies.” Previously, General Hospital spoilers revealed that he, along with co-star Ingo Rademacher who played Jasper “Jax” Jacks, were let go over a vaccine mandate. Reportedly, the mandate was implemented by Disney/ABC Network. Fast forward several months and General Hospital news and spoilers reveal that Steve Burton has moved on from the 59 year old daytime drama and has joined the cast of Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem.
Steve Burton Shirtless With New Tattoo
General Hospital spoilers reveal a little look into his personal life. On April 12th, Steve shared a selfie which showed off his arm tattoo. The photo received comment from co-star and friend, Chad Duell (Michael Corinthos). Duell wrote, “Digging the tats Steven ????????.” It looks like Steve has had this tattoo for a few months, but has recently made his ink the focal point of some of his IG posts.
According to GH news reports, Steve recently shared a photo with his tattoo artist. The photo displays his new arm tattoo, and Burton captioned the pic, “legend in the tattoo biz, Joel Bones.”
General Hospital Blog would like to extend our encouragement to Steve. We absolutely LOVE your new ink and don’t believe for a second that a tattoo would hinder you from landing roles. Many of the actors have tattoos. In fact, one actor that comes to mind is Jason Thompson (Patrick Drake). Others include, Tyler Chistopher (ex-Nikolas Cassadine, GH), Robert LaSardo, who not only played Manny Ruiz on GH, but has a long list of acting credits which include CSI: Miami. LaSardo also collaborated with Clint Eastwood and Bradley Cooper in the movie, The Mule,Days star Landon Archey (Eli Grant), Lauren Koslow (Kate Roberts, Days), Kamar de Los Reyes (Antonio, OLTL), along with many more.
GH Fans On Steve Burton’s Tattoo: Let’s Stay Positive
GH news reports reveal that some fans have freaked out in the comments. Some claim that Steve’s tattoo will prevent him from acting (particularly returning to GH). Although most comments were positive and encouraging, a few nasysayers had to share their not-so-positive opinions. We see no reason why Steve’s new ink would ever prevent him from working in the acting industry. In fact, he already landed a new role on the 5 episode series, Beyond Salem. Way to go, Steve! We LOVE your new tattoo! Fans can check it out below!
UPDATE: Please CLICK HERE for the revised story. This story was taken BEFORE Steve Burton issued his statement regarding their separation and that the baby was not his. GH Blog has issued an apology for making the assumption that Sheree was pregnant with Steve’s 4th child. In our defense, Sheree did NOT disclose she was separated from Steve and that the baby was not his.
………………..……………………………………………
General Hospital star Steve Burton has been quite busy since leaving his role as the iconic mob enforcer and loyal companion, Jason Morgan.
Recent General Hospital news reports confirmed Burton will be joining the cast of Days spin-off, Beyond Salem, in a 5 episode series. But General Hospital spoilers reveal that’s not all Steve has been busy with!
General Hospital spoilers reveal Steves wife, Sheree Burton has recently shared a photo on her Instagram story with the caption, “Life sure is full of surprises!,” while cradling the lower part of her belly. The fitness and health guru seems to be pregnant! Steve and Sheree have 3 children, Brooklyn Faith, Makena Grace, and Jack Marshall.
Sheree Burton Pregnant with 4th Child
General Hospital spoilers reveal Sheree (45) and Steve (51) are surprisingly expecting their fourth child! We are so excited to help share in their family’s happiness as Sheree has continued success with her fitness career and Steve begins his new role on Beyond Salem. The couple is now stepping into a new role together, parents of 4!
Congratulations to the Burton family on this surprising and exciting blessing!
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his relationship Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has always been one of mutual respect but also an awkward dynamic.
It was difficult for Sonny to see past Spinelli’s goof-ball exterior, even when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) would vouch for Spinelli’s value as a cyber genius. Over the years, Spinelli has proved himself worthy time and time again after solving mysteries and getting the Corinthos family out of numerous risky times. Although Sonny understands what Spinelli brings to the table, the two were basically only in contact when Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was around to connect them.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Sonny and Spinelli will share an unexpectedly tender moment. These two don’t have a lot in common especially now that Jason is gone. But something bring be a these two together according to recent GH previews and spoilers.
Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) has skills acquired while fighting for our country. He then used his skill set and knowledge to work for his cousin Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Since coming to Port Charles, Brando realized some important dreams that took precedence over working for the mob.
Brando left the mob life behind when he decided he wanted a family lifestyle with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson). Things aren’t always meant to last even with the best of intentions. General Hospital spoilers and rumors suggest that it looks like Brando may not be so out-of-the-mob as he and Sasha thought. His instincts to stand up for his wife and threaten the culprit came straight from experience. Brando is using his mob ties as a way to scare off the scum bags who are after Sasha.
General Hospital previews and units hint that Brando may be dipping back into that life one foot at a time. Sasha wants nothing to do with her husband working for Sonny Corinthos, but the way things are going, he may not have a choice.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was by Sonny’s side through it all and now that he’s gone Sonny seems a little lost. Amidst drama with his wife Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) Jason was always the voice of reason. Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) tried to get through to him but it wasn’t sinking in. Brando then unexpectedly gave his take on the situation, and as with Jason, Brando’s words seemed to resonate with the mob kingpin.
Is Brando the only one who can get through to Sonny these days? Despite Sasha’s strong feeling against Brando working for Sonny, is he just what Sonny needs now that Jason is gone?
Look who is headed to Salem (and Beyond!) The iconic NBC soap opera, DOOL has been home to many daytime stars who have crossed over from networks to network.
General Hospital news and spoilers reports confirm the Peacock streaming app is now host to a Days Of Our Lives spinoff mini-series called Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem. The five episode series will reunite familiar faces from various daytime dramas.
General Hospital spoilers reveal General Hospital’s Steve Burton, who played the legendary right hand man, Jason Morgan for nearly 3 decades will now join the cast of DOOL: Beyond Salem. The five episode mini series will begin on July 11th on the Peacock steaming app.
Burton’s daytime work isn’t limited to his iconic role as Jason Morgan, but also as Dillon Macaavoy on the CBS soap opera, The Young and the Restless.
GH news and spoilers reveal this isn’t Steve’s first time playing on Days. Burton played a minor role on the soap back in 1988. That just goes to show that the daytime tv industry is a resolving door. GH fans need not lose hope in the possibility of Steve returning to General Hospital as Jason Morgan. GH spoilers indicate Burton’s upcoming role not yet a full time position. Some claim Burton will someday return when mandates are lifted.
Congratulations to Steve on his new and upcoming role on Days Of Our Lives: Beyond Salem.
GH fans want the details about Maurice Benard’s General Hospital retirement. Anytime I speak with a stranger about my favorite Soap Opera, regardless of whether someone watches General Hospital or not, the name that rings everyone’s bell is Sonny Corinthos. And when you know about Sonny, you know about the man behind the iconic role, Maurice Benard.
General Hospital news reports from late March reveal Benard’s contract had ended in 2022. Rewind a few months back to October of 2021, a Twitter question sparked a very honest and to the point reply regarding Maurice Benard’s thoughts on retiring from General Hospital.
Maurice Benard’s General Hospital Retirement
General Hospital spoilers reveal, a Twitter user enlightened Benard about the various gossip going down in online forums and chats. The fan mentioned that one of the comments that, “hit hardest,” was a rumor about Benard retiring, and hanging up his role as Sonny Corinthos. Maurice’s answer left fans a little unsettled after learning his thoughts on the topic. The State of Mind host admitted, “I think about retiring all the time, but I always honor my contract.” He went on to say that “General Hospital is my second family, I’m having a great time right now.”
According to General Hospital news reports, Maurice isn’t going anywhere from GH anytime too soon.
How about that?! 59 years! On April 1st, ABC’s General Hospital celebrated it’s 59th year as a household staple for entertainment. On April 1st, 1963, the very first episode of GH aired, setting the stage (literally) for decades into the future- and beyond.
The cast and crew is ever changing yet through the years has stayed the same and kept it’s core family’s in focus. General Hospital news and spoilers reveal today’s generation in cast members love to have fun with each other on and off set.
General Hospital spoilers reveal Chad Duell, known as Michael Corinthos, was having a little fun with the ‘GH 59’ promo photo shoot. His cast mates were ready for action when Chad decided to take this photo opportunity to photo bomb his cast mates in their promo photo.
Debuting on ABC’s General Hospital at just seven years old, Kimberly McCullough ran with the big dogs of daytime and became a household name as Robin Scorpio.
We would like to wish Kimberly a very happy 44th birthday! Wishing you the very best on your birthday and beyond!
