General Hospital’s high school sweethearts, Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos), and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow), have been dating in the fictional American soap opera world of Port Charles, New York, for the last 9 years. Pullos didn’t meet Bellow until 2018, when he took over the role as TJ Ashford.

After the actress shared the intimate photo on IG, fans immediately began to use the comments section to raise questions on whether or not she and Bellow are together in real life. Based on some of the replies by Pullos, there isn’t a definitely answer as to whether or not Haley and Tajh are together along with their characters, Molly and TJ.
