General Hospital Spoilers: Taggert and Sonny Form An Alliance For A Mutual Problem

General Hospital Blog previously reported GH spoilers which involved an unlikely alliance. It turns out, long time arch enemies, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Detective Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) will put the past behind them- at least temporarily, in order to work together to conquer a mutual problem.

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is the latest threat to the city of Port Charles, which includes high profile residents such as Commissioner Jordan Ashford, (Briana Nicole Henry) Detective Marcus Taggert, mob boss Sonny Corinthos, and mob enforcer Jason Morgan (Steve Burton). He is out for blood as he is dead set on getting revenge on Jordan and Taggert all while trying to move in on Sonny’s territory.

General Hospital spoilers indicated the old pair of enemies will soon join forces to take down Cyrus, their mutual threat. General Hospital rumors claim something crazy will go down at the high school dance where Sonny’s step daughter, Joss, (Eden McCoy) and Taggert’s daughter, Trina Robinson, (Sydney Makayla) will be in attendance.

Will it take a fatal attack on the city of Port Charles for these two men on the opposite sides of the law to work together?

General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Has No Boundaries, TJ Ashford and Trina Robinson In Grave Danger

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is the newest bad guy and most relevant threat to Port Charles at this time. Although he is new to Port Charles, he is very familiar with Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Briana Nicole Henry) and her long time friend and Police partner, Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews).

Jordan took a trip to Pentonville to sit down and have a talk with Cyrus. Jordan used to work undercover to get evidence against Cyrus’ drug organization. She had him fooled to the point where he even considered Jordan to be his protege and right hand. When Jordan and Cyrus discussed their past and the current situation with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), Jordan made sure she was clear that Cyrus started the mob war in Port Charles to get revenge on the city she now calls home and has sworn to serve and protect.

Cyrus also has it out for Marcus Taggert, as he was part of four officers who worked undercover to take him down. Two of the four are dead, due to Cyrus’ orders, they were pumped with drugs and died of an overdose. Taggert and Jordan were partners during their time in the Pacific territory when they worked together to get enough evidence to land Cyrus in jail. He’s been in jail for a while and someone managed to get transferred to Pentonville to be close to Jordan.

General Hospital spoilers suggest Cyrus has no boundaries when it comes to putting hits on innocent people. He knows Jordan has a son and during their discussion he name dropped TJ (Tajh Bellow) to Jordan, trying to scare her, indicating he would go after her son. Now that General Hospital spoilers have revealed Trina Robinson’s (Sydney Makayla) father as Taggert, there is a target on Trina’s back as well. Taggert hasn’t had the opportunity to sit face to face with Cyrus yet, but if and when he does, he will most likely give Taggert a warning regarding his daughter, Trina. Taggert seemed very concerned when telling Trina to have her mom give him a call. He mentioned it was very important which could indicate he is anticipating danger for their teen daughter.

TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) is about to pop the question to Molly Lansing Davis (Haley Pullos). It would be a shame if anything happened to TJ before he got a chance to propose to his long time girlfriend.

Trina is all ready to attend the school dance with Cameron Webber (William Lipton). General Hospital rumors hint that something is going to go down a the dance, putting the teens in danger.

Cyrus is known for killing two birds with one stone after putting a hit out on Sonny and Jason in Brooklyn and two attacks in Port Charles simultaneously. It’s likely that Cyrus will strike near TJ, but also could put out an attack at the school dance.

Will Taggert and Jordan be able to protect their children from the enemy they have made for themselves?

General Hospital Spoilers: Is Danger Ahead For Trina?A Father and Daughter Are Reunited, Will Taggert Have Issues With the Company Trina Keeps?

Detective Marcus Taggert (Real Andrews) is back in Port Charles and was recently reunited with his daughter, Trina Robinson (Sydney Makayla). GH fans were in shock when the two ran into each other’s arms, expressing a loving, Father/Daughter relationship. The reunion was sweet, but the joy may be short lived.

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and Taggert go back decades as arch enemies. Taggert’s sole mission in life has been to take Sonny, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), and the organization down. This time, Taggert assured Sonny he wasn’t here to take him down.

General Hospital spoilers indicate Taggert has a much bigger problem in Port Charles this time around, Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober). It turns out, Sonny and Taggert have something in common… Cyrus is making trouble for them both and previous General Hospital spoilers hinting that Sonny and Taggert would become an unlikely alliance.

New General Hospital spoilers suggest Taggert will not be fond of his daughter’s new best friend, step-daughter of mob boss, Sonny Corinthos, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy). As a mob war is just heating up, Taggert won’t want his daughter anywhere near Sonny- which means Joss too. Taggert knows that if Trina keeps hanging around Josslyn, she’s playing fire. Sooner rather than later, Cyrus is going to retaliate on Sonny for having Jason blow up his huge shipment. But Sonny isn’t the only reason Trina is in danger. It seems like Taggert himself has a target on his back, and Cyrus is taking aim. Cyrus is a savage and family isn’t off limits. There is no reason to believe he would spare Taggert’s daughter.

What great lengths will Taggert go to to protect his daughter?

General Hospital Spoilers: Trina Gets History Lesson On Her Family And Doesn’t Even Know It, Is Laura Trina’s Grandmother?

It looks as though we may have another Cassadine/Webber residing in Port Charles! On 12-16-19 episode of General Hospital, suspicions that the General Hospital rumors regarding Trina Robinson (Sydney Mikayla) grew stronger. General Hospital spoilers have previously hinted Trina is the daughter of Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) and Gia Campbell (Marisa Ramirez), but not many GH fans have mentioned the fact that it would mean Trina is also a Webber. If Trina turns out to be Nik’s daughter, Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) is Grandmother. The topic of Trina’s background hasn’t come up and fans are beginning to wonder if there is a big secret somewhere involving who Trina has ties to in Port Charles.

On Monday’s episode of General Hospital, Trina and Laura had a moment together in front of Helena’s painting. Laura was feeling sad about Nikolas and told Trina her son had died a few years ago. She also went on to explain a bit about Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers), Nikolas’ Grandmother. Both unaware, Laura and Trina have a conversation about who may ultimately turn out to be Trina’s immediate family.

Who knows how long it will be before the truth starts emerging about Trina’s family ties, until then fans will focus on the GH rumor that Trina is a Cassadine, and ultimately, a Webber among Spencers.

Look for some interesting and exciting things to happen in the near future with another Cassadine/Webber to carry the bloodline and the Spencer spunk in Port Charles.

Who is Trina Robinson? Could Trina Be a Cassadine?

Let us help you out if you need something to jog your memory. There are so many characters and story lines that come and go, it’s hard to store them all in your memory bank. It was the year 2000, a new millenium, and General Hospital introduced a new character, Gia Campbell (Marisa Ramirez). Gia and Nikolas met under peculiar circumstances after he and his friends, Lucky Spencer and Liz Webber (Rebecca Herbst) in an attempt to catch the person blackmailing Emily Quartermaine (Natalia Livingston). Gia took the bait, but she agreed to help them instead, and made her way to Port Charles. However, Gia didn’t want her brother, Taggart, knowing she was in town. Nikolas and Gia hit it off pretty quickly, leading to a marriage proposal. In between, Nik had asked Gia to move in as she was the shoulder he leaned on after his uncle Stefan returned from the dead. Ultimately, Nikolas had to break things off with Gia in order to protect her from his psycho grandmother, Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers). There’s so much more to the Gia and Nikolas story through history, but now we will focus on the present.

General Hospital rumors have been swirling and fans have been wondering who exactly is Trina Robinson? GH views are tossed around the idea of Trina being related to Stella (Vernee Watson), and possibly being Shawn Butler (Sean Blakemore). However, one GH theory has stuck with many views. Perhaps due to the surprise comeback of Nikolas Cassadine shortly after the arrival of Trina Robins, fans have been trying to put the pieces together. Currently Trina is Josslyn Jacks’ best friend, she is part of the new generation of General Hospital teens, and has been true and loyal to her friends.

Anything is possible in the world of Daytime TV, and bringing up characters from the past to tie the younger generations to the history of the show is extremely common in building these story lines.

Nikolas and Gia had a fiery romance and a memorable love story. Whose to say Gia didn’t get pregnant before she left Port Charles? Could it be? Is Trina really the newest Cassadine?
