Retrospectively, there’s no doubt about Sonny’s long history of good and bad. While some remember the good and the bad, others only remember the bad. Many years later Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) showed up in Port Charles. He was an undercover cop, and Sonny didn’t know he had a so. Suddenly, one thing led to another and Sonny shot Dante! Mr. Corinthos had almost killed his own son and didn’t even know it.

General Hospital rumors tease that history repeats itself. Back when Dante was was undercover, Sonny knew nothing of their relationship. Tragically, he pulled the trigger and shot his own son!
This time, Sonny shoots Jason’s son! Meanwhile, unbeknownst to Jason (Steve Burton), Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is his son.
Dex is Closer to Jason! Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) put his life on the line for Ava Jerome (Maura West), a woman he barely knows. You may ask yourself why he’d willingly do that, and the answer is simple. First, he works for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and it comes with the territory. Second, it’s in his blood. Yes, that’s right, it’s in Dex’s blood and obviously out of his head.
General Hospital recaps recall that Ava would have died if Dex and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) hasn’t stepped in. Moreover, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) has a hand in saving her as well. Is Dex Jason or AJ’s son?! …Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) took a shot in the dark when he sought out Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). He needed to hire someone specifically suited for a very unusual job. Preferably, Michael expected this person to be free of attachments. No family, no real friends, and nothing to lose. So, is Dex really that guy who is all alone in life, risking it all for money? Most likely, that’s not the case.
Although Dex might not have thought he had anything worth losing before, he knows it’s different now that he met Josslyn. So, why was Dex so willing to take such a dangerous job just to take down a stranger? Well, General Hospital rumors claim that Dex has some deep roots in Port Charles.

Dex is a Quartermaine?! Here’s how… Michael Corinthos’s (Chad Duell) mission to take down his own father was made possible because of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). Oddly, Michael was able to find someone willing to risk his own life to bring down someone he don’t even know.
Don’t worry, we know what you’re thinking because we think that too. Why would anyone do that unless there’s more in it for them? Well, you’re not wrong to ask that question. And apparently, General Hospital rumors support fan suspicions. According to GH fan speculation and the latest GH rumors, there was definitely more in it for Dex. But at this point, it’s more than he’s been willing to admit. His dedication and eagerness to come through for Michael seems odd, especially since one of the job qualifications was having to risk his own life.

According to GH spoilers and rumors, Jason may have had a secret love affair, possibly off-screen. Knowing his line of work, he woman could have made a decision to not tell Jason she was pregnant and then had their son. That being said, it’s possible that Dex feels abandoned by his father- but ultimately blames Sonny. Because if it wasn’t for Jason’s devotion to Sonny and a life of crime, Dex would have had a father.
