General Hospital recaps recall Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) and Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) pregnancies are progressing along a similar pace. In the soap opera world, chaos is a given when two women who are about to give birth almost simultaneously. It’s rare that both birth stories will have happy endings- or at least temporarily.

General Hospital spoilers reveal Heather Webber (Alley Mills) goes to extremes to do whatever it takes to be there for her daughter. Esme faces punishment for her crimes against Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), Cameron Webber (William Lipton), and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). Because of her past, Esme could go to jail even though she has zero recollection of what she’s done. GH rumors claim there are issues with Esme and her baby that could cause Heather to take action. Due to the dual pregnancy/birth storylines, some GH rumors hint toward a kidnapping involving Heather, Esme, Willow, and the babies. If Esme loses her baby, it’d be very soapy of Heather to kidnap Willow’s baby and pass it along as her own grandchild.

Willow and Esme’s baby switch! What is a soap opera without lying, cheating, scheming, and even some good ole fashioned serial killing?

Within those traits of a classic soap opera lies more specific story line gems. Events that build a captivating story have been ran through the daytime tv mill for decades. Somehow storylines based on amnesia, love triangles, mystery murders, and of course an epic baby switch will never get old.

General Hospital rumors hint Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) current health issues is just one of the many horrible things she’s facing. She’s keeping this secret from Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) while feeling guilty for it. What she doesn’t know is that Michael is keeping an entire lifestyle from her. She has no clue that he has completely flipped and is trying to destroy Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Michael is going to extremes she never imagined he would. When Willow finds out what he’s been up to, it will be like looking at someone she doesn’t know.

General Hospital spoilers and rumors hint Esme’s pregnancy could be a lot of things. One of those things being fake. Although she had Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) feel her unborn child through her stomach, GH rumors call BS. Another thing about Esme’s pregnancy is that she could be actually carrying a Cassadine heir.

Will one of their babies die?

If rumors of an epic baby switch come to light, and Willow and Esme’s baby switch is headed our way, this could get messy. There’s no telling if a desperate Willow will kidnap Esme’s baby if the unthinkable happens to her own. If Esme is faking, she could kidnap the one good thing Willow has left.
